• I keep hearing about SeeTV and the product sounds interesting? How do I go about getting it?
SeeTV, just as DSL and other services, are at the moment dependent on location of the customer from local remote or office. For more accurate questions per customer about acquiring SeeTV service, please call our offices at 912-857-4411.

• I was in the middle of watching television and now the screen says: "Channel is temporary unavailable". What should I do?
First, check another channel to ensure that all channels are not displaying "Channel is temporary unavailable". If not, then the previous channel is down, but will more than likely return to normal in a short amount of time. However if more than one channel is temporary unavailable, customers are advised to reboot the set top box (turn set top box off, then back on) and check to see if this helps the situation. If not, call our technical support services and someone will be sure to help you.

• What should I do when my service says "No Signal"?

Generally when a television displays no signal, customers are advised to check all inputs (HDMI, Composite cabling, etc.) from set top box to television to ensure that there is a connection from the box to television. If necessary, customers are also advised to check existing home wiring to ensure that all coaxial cabling or another other wiring is intact.

In addition to the steps given before, customers with single stream boxes are asked to make sure their television is set to Channel 3. Customers with triple stream boxes are asked to make that the main television with the set top box is assigned to Channel 3 and the two other televisions are set to Channels 55 and 65.

If all channels have been verified, all inputs and home wiring has been checked or if assistance is needed with any steps, call our technical support services and we will be glad to help you.

• I want see SeeTV, but I don't even have DSL. Is that going to be a problem?
Not having DSL is not a problem when inquiring about potential SeeTV service. This will be taken care of before or during home installation of SeeTV.

• Is there a certain type of DSL package I should have in order to receive optimal SeeTV service?
Currently, DSL packages aren't a major priority when receiving SeeTV service (for one stream of video). However, this could possible be a factor when requesting more than one stream of video. For better responses to more streams of video as well as DSL packages, call our technical supprt and a someone will be glad to help you.
