There are lots of variables in regards to customers receiving the SeeTV service, with one being distance from a local remote. This could determine whether a customer can receive a full three streams of video, just one stream of video or even be able to receive the SeeTV service at all. Also, even with SeeTV, the number of channels able to be received could be reduced because of the distance factor.
